Abby Lundquist Commits Daemen College!
Congrats to Senior Abby Lundquist(Rochelle High), who has officially committed to accept an academic and athletic scholarship to play for Daemen College, NCAA Div 2-East Coast Conference. Abby is a strong PG/Shooting Guard that has lead Rochelle in scoring all four years. Abby has set the All Time Rochelle High scoring record with 1,909 points. Basketball fans in the Rock River Valley should be well aware that Abby never played for the Rockford Heat AAU program. However, when recruiting was completely stopped and did not go as Abby had hoped, Rockford Heat was contacted and asked to help a top 815 athlete and Rockford Heat responded and continued to connect athletes with college coaches around the country. Abby will major in Pre Physicians Assistant while playing basketball. Good luck on the rest of your Senior
